I had a simple issue with my account, but support just kept sending the same kind of replies over and over. It felt like I was repeating myself, and they were repeating themselves too. It took days before I got an actual useful answer, and even now it’s still not completely fixed. Payoneer itself works fine, but the support is slow, repetitive, and really frustrating.

I hooked it up to my marketplace accounts and, it was easier than I expected. I usually assume these payment tools are going to make you jump through hoops or hold funds for some mysterious reason, but the payments have been connecting fine and showing up on time so far.

I had a weird experience because everything seemed fine at first, but then the fees showed up so late in the process that it threw me off. It kind of felt like I was being led one way and then hit with something different at the end. Maybe it was all listed somewhere, but it definitely wasn’t clear enough, and that made the whole thing feel a bit unfair.

I use Payoneer mainly for freelance payments, and for the most part it’s been solid. The app is simple enough to use, and most of the time my money comes through without any major hassle.
The only thing that bugs me is how slow some payments can be. A transfer that seems like it should be quick will randomly take a few extra days, and the lack of clear updates is ridiculous. Support did help eventually, but they weren’t exactly fast either. I’m still using Payoneer, I just wish the timing was more reliable

I’ve found payoneer simple to get around, and I think other customers would probably feel the same for the most part. The layout is easy enough to understand, though some pages do take a little longer to load now and then.

"Refund came through, but I almost gave up"
I had a refund issue with Payoneer, and to be fair, it did get sorted out in the end. The support team got back to me, but there were moments where I felt like I was repeating the same details over and over, which got frustrating.
The money eventually came back after a few days, but it was definitely slower than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if this keeps happening or updates don’t get clearer, I’d seriously think about switching to another service

"Dispute was handled really quickly"
I had a dispute come up and expected it to drag on, but support got back to me fast. They basically said something like, "We’ll take a look and get this sorted," and that’s pretty much what happened. A short time later it was fixed, so I’m happy with how smoothly it went.

I had to upload some compliance documents and answer a few questions. It did go through eventually, but the review took longer than I expected and the updates weren’t very clear. What annoyed me more was that the terms seemed to change along the way, so I wasn’t always sure what rules I was agreeing to. Not a terrible experience, just slower and more confusing than it needed to be

It works fine for the most part, so maybe I’m just being picky, but the limits started to slow me down after a while. I kept running into them right when I was trying to get things done, which got annoying.

"App always freezes when I actually need it"
The service itself is okay, but the mobile app has been getting on my nerves lately. I mostly use it when I’m checking payments after work or trying to log in quickly while I’m out, and that’s exactly when it decides to freeze or sit on the loading screen forever. I end up closing and reopening it a few times just to get in. For an app that handles money, I’d expect it to be a lot more reliable. It’s not terrible, but it definitely needs work.

I mostly use payoneer for pulling out my freelance payments, and it’s been solid for me. The money usually lands in my bank around when I expect it to, though once in a while it’s a little slower. Not really a huge problem, just something I’ve noticed. The fees could definitely be explained better, especially compared to other services where you kind of... but overall, it gets the job done for me

I’ve been using the payoneer card and it’s been a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it works fine, but I’ve had trouble paying online, and a few shops declined it even though there didn’t seem to be any reason. The app showed my balance was fine, but the card still wouldn’t go through. Support also took longer than I expected, which made the whole thing frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue with their card?

I use Payoneer to get paid for freelance work, and most of the time the app is fine. But when it comes to security, the wording makes it sound like they’re on top of things right away, and that was not my experience.
I got a strange login alert and contacted support because I wanted someone to lock or at least properly check my account fast. Instead, I waited longer than I expected and the replies felt like generic copy-paste messages, which was really frustrating when the issue was about my money.
Luckily nothing was taken, but the whole thing made me nervous. If a payment app says it has strong fraud protection, the support should actually feel urgent and helpful, not like you’re stuck waiting around after a scary alert

"The fees are honestly a bit much"
Payoneer is, you know, okay overall and it does what I need it to do. But the fees are just too much sometimes. Like, every time I get paid or try to withdraw money, there’s another charge popping up. It adds up fast, it’s kinda frustrating.

"Verification is taking forever"
I uploaded my documents for account verification, and I’m still sitting here with no real update. Just “under review” every time I check. Support hasn’t been much help either. Same copy-paste reply over and over.
I need the account for payments, so this delay is getting really frustrating. Simple details, basic verification. It really shouldn’t be taking this long.
